The sandy beach Alonitsi which is the largest on the island and is shallow with very clear water, is located 7 kilometers on northeast of the settlement.

The beach that stands out and has easier access is the small beach of Agios Antonios with sand and pebbles which is located 5 km on the southern side of the town (it is accessible through dirt road).
