Ормос Ло

As its name indicates, this small beach at Ormos Lo is located in a scenic area along the eastern shore of the island, around 5 km from the city and next to Daskalopetra.  It is one of the most well-kept public beaches on the island and is well-liked by families and fans of water and beachside sports.  Here you will undoubtedly enjoy your swim in the crystal-clear waters (Ormos Lo beach proudly carries the Blue Flag sign of quality) and then take in a relaxing, quiet moment under the cool shade of the trees or complimentary umbrellas. 

The thick, deep sand is a blend of fine and coarse pebbles and nicely complements the backdrop of Mother Nature and her green landscape.  In addition to free use of lounge chairs and umbrellas, here you’ll find public restrooms, showers and a seaside cantina.  Also, take advantage of the water sports available, organized by the local athletic association, and feel free to use the public swimming pool (saltwater).
