Activities to do in Psara

During your stay you can explore Psara by several hiking trails through nature. The trails will lead you to beautiful churches as well as to important historical monuments of the island. While exploring it is advisable to pay particular attention to the areas that belong to the network «Natura 2000», which are habitats of great natural beauty and merit special protection. What is more, during your stay you can try spearfishing since the numerous islets of the island are rich fishing spots.

For sports lovers, the island features a football 5x5 within the town as well as an organized beach for Beach Volley in Katsouni. The tournament is organized in August by the cultural association “Adelfotita Psarianon” ("Brotherhood of Psara"). Last but not least, football matches are organized involving local teams.
