Archaeological Museum of Campos

The Archaeological Museum of Campos is located on a hill, on the very same spot that lies the archaeological site of Campos. It contains, significant findings, which were excavated by the ancient principle town of the island, Oenoe, as well as other areas of Ikaria.

Visitors, will have the opportunity to admire small terracotta statues, tombstones, Neolithic tools, ceramics, coins, and gems taken from ancient graves. One of the most important exhibits of the museum is an ancient marble sarcophagus with imposed depictions.
