Folk Museum of Portianos

Founded in 1995, the folk museum is housed in a beautiful and traditional building in the village of Portianos.  Here, visitors can observe and learn about the traditional period costumes and knitting tools such as the loom and spinning wheel.  You will also see kitchenware items, traditional living quarters, kitchen and bed strewn with handmade textiles.  Also, tour the garden and farm area, which includes period agricultural tools and equipment.
