Megas Limnionas

The beach at Megas Limnionas is very close to the port of Chios and near Karfa as well.  Her off-white pebble and heavy sand beach offer the best option for those who want to get away from the urban-feel of the city and work on their tan. This is the beach the locals go to, and so here you’ll find that extra friendliness and warmth that you might not encounter at some of the more touristy spots. 

Having said that however, you won’t be short of any services or amenities, from lodging to dining, you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay and experience.  Public bus service from the city is available for this beach as well.
