Thimena village

Thimena is the main village on the island and collects almost all its population. The 140 residents are engaged in fishing, farming and beekeeping. The architecture and layout of the village which contains many houses standing out for their roofs of slate, a sample of traditional architect, are remarkable.

A walk through the narrow streets will lead you to the village square, where you can enjoy the shade of the plane trees while shipping a coffee and hanging out with the locals.
