Archaeological Museum of Mytilene (New Building)

A short distance away from the old building of the Archaeological Museum of Mytilene, you can find the new one that lies in Kioski district. Its construction was completed in 1995 and there ou can admire the permanent exhibition titled “Lesvos from the Hellenistic to the Roman era”, as well as the mosaic floors and frescoes that used to decorate Roman villas on the island.
