Aside the renowned ladotyri, Lesvos Dairy produces a variety of other dairy goods that are available to purchase: feta (soft white) and kasseri (semi-hard) cheeses, Lesvian kaloupaki, Mytilenian hard cheese, myzithra (a traditional, unpasteurized cheese made from fresh milk) and butter, all of which are made with great care and using only the purest ingredients and plenty of sheep milk.
