The three independent residences, surrounded by a large tree garden, really stand out with their island architecture and stylish interior design and décor.  All three also have private, outdoor swimming pools (25 square metres in surface each one), with umbrellas and lounge chairs, which will give you a nice swimming alternative to the beach.  We want you to enjoy all the comforts, amenities and privacy offered to you here at Mouzakis Villas, such as the terrace furnishings, which give you a welcoming atmosphere and the perfect chance to kick back and relax.

The villas are climate-controlled and come fully-equipped with a kitchen, lounge area with television, a pull-out sofa bed, a full bath that includes a bathtub, two bedrooms each in the red and blue villas, and one bedroom in the yellow villa.  Here you will discover the ideal place for a family vacation.  The newly-renovated playground is always a popular attraction for children, a place where they can engage fun-filled games and activities.

Each villa also includes additional, private parking, housekeeping service twice weekly and laundry facilities.  The complex’s layout is well-known for its excellent organization and utility, and our guests, throughout the years, have greatly appreciated this.

For those who love the crystal-blue waters of the Aegean Sea, the coast is just 200 meters away, adorning two spectacular beaches, just waiting for you to discover them.  While, very nearby, you’ll find two traditional Greek tavernas ready to please your taste buds with the local, fresh flavors of the Northern Aegean.  The distance between our complex and the capital city of Samos is just 7 kilometers, whereas the airport is 18 kilometers away.
