Roman Aqueduct of Moria
The aqueduct is one of the most important structures in the Mediterranean, through which Mytilene had been supplied with water from springs of mount Olympus. As its name suggests, it was built in Roman times. The most well-preserved part of it, it is located in the rural area of Moria, not far away from Mytilene, and this monumental building’s height is 27 meters and has a length of 170 meters.
