Agios Antonios cave

The cave of Agios Antonios is located at an altitude of 145 meters not far away from Karlovassi. In order to get there, you will have to follow the path from the central square of Old Karlovasi, from where you will have the opportunity to gaze at the wonderful view. The entrance of the cave it is well hidden by the flora of the area. The cave took its name from the homonymous chapel of Saint Anthony existing in it. The stalagmites on the sides and the roof, form a beautiful natural carved temple.
